Vivica Steele

Queen. Advocate. Chainbreaker.

Vivica Steele is a prominent Nashville drag queen known for her high visibility and advocacy for the local LGBTQ+ community. She is noted as the only drag queen to have held two residencies simultaneously on Nashville's famous Broadway, at venues like Tin Roof Broadway and Acme Feed & Seed, where she hosts a popular drag bingo night. A vocal activist, Steele has used her platform to speak out against Tennessee's controversial anti-drag legislation, highlighting the importance of visibility for queer performers. Beyond performing, she engages in philanthropy, with event proceeds often benefiting organizations like the Just Us program at the Oasis Center, and has been nominated for the TN Pride Chamber's Small Business Leader of the Year award for her commercial services business.
